Just now, I’m starting to feel those deadlifts and squats from last night.
Plus I ran this morning because I felt ok then!
Tomorrow is going to be so painful :/
The day after a very intense ab workout sometimes my abs get so sore that I feel nauseous unless I take Motrin or ibuprofen. Does anyone else have this problem?
My feet hurt from walking on the beach all day so I’m taking a day off from running and hitting my abs HARD! Now that I have the time to put 100% into my fitness goals I am going to train harder than ever before! I love summer!
I have that runner’s high and I feel incredible!!!

know that last night was not a good gym night for me :(
I had a very difficult time running (for whatever reason) and I got very frustrated with myself!
All I can remember is how awful I felt last night and how tonight I just want to crawl under my warm blankets and avoid the gym.
BUT I know that I can’t give up.
I am still running tonight, regardless of what happened last night because if I don’t go now who knows if I’ll ever go again.
I can’t let the fear of failing stop me from trying.
I’m not a quitter.
I’m a runner.
I love you guys! I’ll update when I get back from the gym!
I could easily excuse myself since I did an ab workout earlier but I need to get my cardio in.
The color run is in less than a week and I promised myself that I would run 3 miles every day this week to prepare!
…and now it’s time to follow through!!!

Hahahahah! Always try to psych yourself out and excited to go work out - everything seems to come a lot easier and it’s a lot more fun when you do! :D

My first mile was exactly 9 minutes! My second mile was 8 minutes 10 seconds! That’s a new record for me! :D yayayay
