Just now, I’m starting to feel those deadlifts and squats from last night.
Plus I ran this morning because I felt ok then!
Tomorrow is going to be so painful :/
I woke up a few times from my legs being so sore and stiff! When I woke up the final time this morning I stretched for 20 minutes or so. I think it is partially from the leg workout I did the other night but combined with yesterday’s run (I took on A TON of hills) that did me in. I’m happy that I’m sore but ow!
On the bright side, I had an excuse to make my extremely thick and chocolate protein shake for breakfast! SO GOOD! :D
Also, have any of you put coffee in your protein shakes before? And if so, do you make the coffee in advance, refrigerate it, and then make your shake, or is there a quicker way?
