I don’t use this “Cigna” company but I am IN LOVE with their advertising mantra/approach! These are all over Women’s Health magazine and I thought I’d share a few :-)
Yesterday was rough.
I am not going into detail because it isn’t worth that.
I am awake; mind clear, body focused.
My thoughts flowing steadily.
I am breathing in only positivity, the finest air of life.
A shield of strength and warmth. I take in comfort when I see sign of daylight.
Yesterday is over.
Call it what you may, but today is a blank canvas and I was born a painter.
I hold the brightest and richest paints in the the palm of my hands.
My smile grows wide as I stroke on the saturated hues of the sun.
I feel released.
