I found this to be very interesting! I can never take antioxidant supplements because I can’t swallow big pills. Many of my guy friends, however, take handfuls of these supplements everyday. It might not be helping you reach your fitness goals after all.
Just now, I’m starting to feel those deadlifts and squats from last night.
Plus I ran this morning because I felt ok then!
Tomorrow is going to be so painful :/
I woke up a few times from my legs being so sore and stiff! When I woke up the final time this morning I stretched for 20 minutes or so. I think it is partially from the leg workout I did the other night but combined with yesterday’s run (I took on A TON of hills) that did me in. I’m happy that I’m sore but ow!
On the bright side, I had an excuse to make my extremely thick and chocolate protein shake for breakfast! SO GOOD! :D
Also, have any of you put coffee in your protein shakes before? And if so, do you make the coffee in advance, refrigerate it, and then make your shake, or is there a quicker way?
I did the Bodyrock ab - push it up! workout again tonight!
It’s supposed to target your abdominals - which it DEFINITELY does - but I also really feel it in my arms and shoulders which is great!
Going to sleep this off and then waking up bright and early to chase kids around all day

I’m trying to decide if I want to post the pictures on my main blog. I’m torn :/
I’m really proud of the progress I have made but I’m even more excited that I’m getting closer to reaching my greatest fitness goals! :D I can’t wait to see how my body will look and feel at the end of the summer. I’m either going to post a progress picture now on my main blog and then an updated progress picture at the end of August, or just wait until the end of August to post any progress pics on my main blog…
I AM SO INDECISIVE. LOL.
